I didn’t set out to be a coach. It was my big dream that felt too big to even say out loud. What I did set out to be was the best version of myself.
My personal growth and healing journey began in 2004. I decided there had to be more to life than being the product of life events and circumstances.
Through my faith, lots of books, inner work, and support along the way I found the possibilities of who I could be and how different life could be.
It’s been an amazing journey that continues to unfold with each passing day. Seeing what is possible and what can be different in my life fuels my desire to help other women see what is possible in their lives.
Some things about me…
I’m a human. I have big dreams. I navigate. I manage. I fail. I succeed. I thrive. I boldly take risks. I curiously explore and experiment. I feel things deeply and fully. I have a slightly sarcastic and ridiculous sense of humor. I believe in the possibility of a future untouched by the past. I love color and texture. I am self-aware. I love coffee, chocolate, and Italian food. I’m an Enneagram 4w3. I am a wife. I am a follower of Jesus. I have bad days. I have good days. I struggle and I support. I value authenticity, connection, choice, courage, curiosity, compassion, and creativity.
